The Director is Responsible for :
Management Representative:
- Responsibility and authority to establish implement and maintain the processes needed for Quality Management System on the lines of ISO 9001: 2000.
- Shall organize the Internal Quality Audits to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of the system.
- Liaison with external agencies on matters related to the Quality Management System.
- Organize and conduct Management Review Committee meetings with the concerned personnel to report on the performance of the Quality system.
- Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization by analyzing customer feedback reports and circulated this to department.
3.4.4 Manager - Works
Responsible for:
- All the production related activities and maintenance as per production schedule.
- Maintain work ethics on the shop floor
- Deployment of workers for optimum productivity.
- Retain quality of human resource on the shop floor through training, rotation and development.
- To procure the material as per specification and requirement on reasonable prices.
- To conduct supplier assessment and supplier re-assessment.
- Review and approve purchase order before release.
- Maintain all records meticulously relating to production, maintenance and operation.
- Calibration of instruments and maintaining their status.
- Proper storage of Raw, Semi finished & Finished product.
- Raise the requirement and maintain stock level for smooth & effective functioning.
- Dispatching material as per customer requirements.
- To identify training needs and plan training execution.
- Review the training effectiveness.
- Recruitment of manpower as per laid down standards.
- To comply with all Staturatory & Regulatory requirements.
3.4.5 Manager - QC
Responsible for:
- Incoming & Finished product issue & receipt.
- Responsible for In-process & final goods inspection.
- Preparing rejection records.
