The Director is Responsible for :

• Higher level administrative control and organizational leadership.
• Formulate long-range business strategy and planning.
• Keep abreast of new opportunities in present and future business.
• Create and maintain high-level official relationship for business development and promotion.
• Formulate the management quality policy and objectives.
• Plan and implement organizational structure.
• Allot responsibilities and authorities for management performance including verification.
• Identify and approve provision of adequate resources for management, work and verification.
• Chair the management review meeting.
• Oversee effective implementation and review adequacy of Quality Management System, Policy and objectives conforming to ISO-9001: 2000.
•  Establish disciplined and goal oriented work environment.
