BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
The Board of directors takes the policy decisions, formulate the strategies and looks
after the affairs of the Company. At present the following directors are on the board:

2. Mrs.Madhu Gupta
3. Ms S. Chaudhry
4. Mr. Vikas Aggarwal
5. Mr. Satinder Singh
A panel of Consultants from various fields of management and technical sphere
guides the board of directors in implementing the decisions. The in house consultants
and professionals with decision support systems and Management information systems
keep them abreast of the market, time-to-time needs of people and with proper care to
environmental changes.
